Floating crust - almost invaluable. Chum Mixers are excellent baits for carp and other big cyprinids. Almost selective carp baits - but even roach sometimes also take tigernuts. As simple as a peanut ....
A mixture of hemp and maize - excellent attractors. Colouring sweetcorn couldn't be easier. Groundbait Pictures Boilies over tigernuts and peanuts.
Maize meal paste with oil and honney. Bread of many types can be used as baits. A piece of a good loaf can often do the trick. When everything else fails - maggots.
